IQAC Coordinator’s Message

As the IQAC Coordinator of Holy Cross College, I firmly believe that quality is a collective commitment and a continuous journey toward excellence. The IQAC strives to strengthen academic standards, promote innovation, and ensure that our institution remains responsive to the changing needs of higher education. I express my sincere gratitude to the College Management, Principal, faculty, and all stakeholders for their constant support, cooperation, and dedication in upholding our shared vision of quality and integrity in education.

The purpose of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) is to enhance the quality culture of education, develop a conscious, consistent, and catalytic approach to improving the academic and administrative performance of Holy Cross College, Agartala. Through regular assessments, collaborative planning, and feedback from all stakeholders, we strive to enhance academic standards and institutional performance. Our efforts are focused on creating an environment where students, faculty, and staff work together toward a shared vision of growth and excellence. Our primary goal is to develop a system for conscious, consistent, and catalytic improvement in the performance of the institution. Through collaborative efforts, regular feedback mechanisms, and data-driven decision-making, we aim to enhance the teaching-learning process, strengthen research initiatives, promote innovation, and ensure holistic student development.

In line with the vision and mission of Holy Cross College, the IQAC is committed to fostering transparency, accountability, and excellence in all endeavours. The active participation of faculty, staff, students, alumni, and other stakeholders remains the foundation of our success. IQAC initiatives are the faculty development programme, organising seminars and webinars, and preparing the AQAR (Annual Quality Assurance Report) of Holy Cross College.
